Introduction

ScriptFlow ("we", "our", or "the app") is built by Selerii. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we collect your name and email address provided by Google. We do not access your Google account beyond what is needed to identify you. Your scripts, notes, ideas, and writing data are stored on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to Google Firebase servers under your unique account.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide the ScriptFlow service. We use your email to identify your account and sync your data across devices. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising of any kind.

Data Storage and Security

Your writing data is stored locally on your device using browser storage. When signed in, it is also stored in Google Firebase Firestore, which is governed by Google's own privacy and security standards. We do not operate our own servers. Your data in Firestore is private to your account and not accessible to other users.

Using Without an Account

You may use ScriptFlow without signing in. In this case, all data remains on your device only and no information is transmitted anywhere.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us through the Contact Developer option in the app. You may also delete your data directly by clearing your browser storage.

Children

ScriptFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using ScriptFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app immediately.

The Service

ScriptFlow is a scriptwriting and planning application for content creators. It is provided by Selerii. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all scripts, notes, ideas, and any other content you create using ScriptFlow. We make no claim to your work. By using the sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

Free and Pro Plans

ScriptFlow offers a free plan with a limit of 10 scripts and a Pro plan with additional features available through purchase or a valid coupon code. Features of each plan may change over time. We will communicate significant changes to users in advance where possible.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ScriptFlow for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its content. You must not use the app in any way that could harm, disrupt, or overburden the service.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately through the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ScriptFlow is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. We strongly recommend keeping backups of important work outside of the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selerii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ScriptFlow, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of revenue.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use ScriptFlow. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith between you and Selerii before any formal proceedings are initiated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of ScriptFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Hub Tab

Stats, Workspace and TeamFlow all in one place. The current Stats tab becomes a full creative hub with inner sections as features grow.

Workspace Image Board

A visual board for thumbnail ideas, reference images and mood boards. Lives inside the Hub tab.

Profile Picture

Upload a profile picture that appears on your account and on your Script Portfolio exports.

Portfolio Customisation

Preview and customise your Script Portfolio before exporting. Choose theme, adjust layout and add a personal bio.

Premium Themes

More colour themes beyond the free collection. Seasonal and occasion-specific themes coming as paid options.

TeamFlow

Collaborate on scripts with your team. Role-based access, shared pipeline, comments and approvals. Launching as its own separate plan.
